Rich Schefren, Strategic Profits

The Ladder of Beliefs, now a staple of the marketing industry.

Kenrick worked with Rich to develop the Ladder of Beliefs, the system his webinars were built on. It didn't stay his. Marketers across the industry adopted it, and it has since inspired a whole family of frameworks built on the original concept.

Rich has publicly credited Kenrick with helping him make millions, and says if you get the chance to work with him, jump on it.

The Dollar Closebuilt for a real estate guru

Robert Allen, author of Nothing Down

A close designed for one of the biggest names in real estate.

Kenrick developed the dollar close for Robert Allen, author of Nothing Down and Nothing Down for the 80s.

The same kind of work has gone to real estate brokers, financial services teams, defense contractors, timeshare salespeople, and the owner and staff of Positive Changes Hypnosis, one of the top-producing hypnosis franchises.

$1 billionin net deposits

Home Fed Savings and Loan

A savings and loan converting into a bank.

Home Fed brought Kenrick in to train everyone, from the tellers to the salespeople to the vice presidents, while the institution converted to a bank.

They credited his training with a $1 billion increase in net deposits. The conversion succeeded, and the bank later cashed out through acquisitions.

Mastery Martial Arts

Sales up 20% and more across a school group.

Kenrick worked with the top managers and salespeople, customized the sales presentation, and trained the owners and managers on running their people. He also taught floor strategies for selling while instructors were teaching.

Salespeople who followed the strategies increased sales by 20% and above.

“You brought our team to a place that they were rallying around and felt good about. It just continues to empower them higher and higher.” Greg Horton, Founder

A high ticket closer

The company had to build bigger offers for him to sell.

One of Kenrick's students became the top salesperson in his company, closing deals nobody else there had closed. For a stretch he could sell almost anything they put in front of him, so the company created larger offers to give him room.

He set the company record with two $80,000 programs in a single week, and finished a month at the top of the leaderboard with $107,456 gross. The receipts are in the video.

“I broke the company’s record by selling two $80,000 programs in one week, and I’m just getting started.” From his video testimonial
Kenrick Cleveland

Late 1970s

Before he taught it, he sold it.

From the age of 18, Kenrick was selling and managing fitness memberships, the number one salesperson in a large company. He went on to own two clubs of his own.

Everything he's taught since came from what worked on that floor, not from a book.

Seen enough?
